Good: hotel with public communication (bus and metro-cerca) exceptional, they leave you coffee and tea with a kettle in the room, the bed is great, big and very comfortable, there is gel and shampoo in the bathroom, 4 pillows for every taste , there is a Nordic kept in case it is cold, unlimited hot water, there is information about the tourist attractions in reception, free safe on the ground floor, ice machine in free reception, there is a Tesco Express about 5 minutes walk and they have everything, WiFi with unbeatable signal (goes super fast).
Clean every day even if you put the do not disturb sign (make the box, fill the coffee that you have taken and place the towels)
