I made an appointment online for an oil change for December 23rd and received a confirmation email. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about the progress and they said they would be getting to it soon. I asked about the appointment and they said they didn t take appointments for oil changes????? I paid more and waited longer and, of course, the car wash was broken. Neither the service manager nor the general manger seemed to care. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!
Their response to this review is completely made up. That conversation never took place. They just kept saying they don't take appointments. I saved the email conformation of the appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!
