What a horrifying experience from the gate. The check in line was so long that we went to to the express check in and after waiting in that line was told our room was not ready although it was 9pm. We gave it some time and went through the process again. After being sent in the opposite direction and carrying our luggage across the hotel we finally got to our room and it was not the room I booked so we went to the front desk and got switched to the correct room. When we got to the room there was a roach in the bathroom. Needless to say we left. Would not recommended!!
