We, as a group of 4...just spent 2 1/2 hours driving to this place to just be turned around and told that we have to have a "drivers license" which is not stated on their homepage of the website. It is stated in little writing on the section arrive and drive . I am not the one to speak, but if you wanted to enforce this, put this on your home page... If you are coming here with a group of kids please do not come here it is unfriendly, and unprofessional.
The guy who is at the desk, when we walked inside who immediately put our bracelets on directed us to the woman at the reception desk, who was rude and disrespectful and then told us we all need licenses. There was one person in our party with a license, they said that the only person who would be able to go on the track would be her, the whole point of us going is to all of us to go on not just one person, I then returned to the guy at the desk, and i asked to speak with the manager on duty, He said the manager was on the track, but im assuming the manager just didn't want to speak with us to dispute this, as i saw many people on the track, I then stated how on the website it s stated that there wasn t any rules about having a drivers license and then they pulled up arrive in drive and I said they need to move it to rules and regulations, After I had spoken to the guy again, who was clearly on facebook on his laptop, witch presumably was company property, he was on the phone with the woman at the reception desk, and presumably talking about us, because after the woman hung up with the guy, they were all looking at us, like we had four heads, so we just threw our bracelets out and left.
