1 star for appointment booking service !! 40 minutes waiting on the phone before we were told, to be told the day before a planned date of operation, that they would call us to confirm the time and place of operation for my father. We did not receive a call. My father comes in person to the hospital, to be told that they called but nobody answered, which was impossible because we waited for the call all day. And so that finally, they CAN cancel the appointment and they do not know when we will be able to have the operation for my father, who waited for a long time.
