This week I had issues with a wheel installed by another shop. I had a flat and I was stuck! The used tire shop where I bought the tire 2 weeks ago tightened the lug nut covers so hard, no human was able to remove them to change my flat tire! I could not even get the roadside assistance guys to do it. Ended up having to tow the car from Midtown to Nalley and thankfully, it was free via the Ford Roadside. Jessee was so awesome, he took care of this problem and sent me on my way! The service department has always worked out best in this location.
