Highly disappointed with the customer service and the telephone support while attempting to schedule service. The automated telephone banks kept rerouting me and then no one picked up the telephone as it rang approximately 15 times. I recalled and tried to explain to the rep but I didn't get an explanation or an apology. I then called another dealer and there I found the service that I expect from Mercedes. Anaheim Mercedes is my new service center for my Mercedes needs.
