APPALLING, DO NOT USE THEM.
As a small business we were hooked in by their fixed fee offer to do our end of the year tax. Then started getting invoices for thousands of dollars for extras work done (some of the work was requested by us but none of it was quoted before it was done and the charge was ridicules).
After numerous threats that their fees will DOUBLE, TRIPLE and QUADRUPLE, if we do not pay their invoice,( it was phrased along the line of- we did not charge the full amount and reserve the right to do so ) and to take it to court, we decided as a small business it is not worth fighting for and just payed the bill and hope that KARMA and customers reviews would catch up to them
