Just want to let anyone who applies to this place what will happen. It will start off great with meeting your co-workers and upper administration staff, taking you out to lunch on your first day and getting the ball rolling on your position. Then after a couple of weeks the stress of the job will kick in, meaning your co-workers will get upset at you because you forgot to do something small, managers will write you up if you have not completed your daily goals even if you are busy with a new training or coming in late due to a personal reason. I know there are people out there who have applied to work here and saw the pay and benefits. If I were you I would look at other opportunities in the Louisville area because there are a lot of jobs who pay better and make sure you can take care of your families.
