I've taken my 2018 JKU twice to Jack Powell for oil changes. Both times I've been disappointed. The 1st time I had the oil change, the technician did not install the plastic engine cover properly. I heard rattle underneath my hood on my way home. I pulled over and I found the plastic engine cover not properly secured. The 2nd time I got an oil change from Jack Powell, the plastic engine cover was secure in its place. However, the technician was sloppy and spilled oil in the engine bay, which leaked through to the bottom and frame. I purchased a (4) oil change package from Jack Powell. I'm reluctant to use Jack Powell for major vehicle services if they can't get a basic oil change done correctly.
