I have used Homeguards Inspection services for many years. Homeguard's Termite Inspector Jonathan Tanner does a great job. He is very thorough, takes photos of his findings, and then clearly communicates his findings and shows us the photos he took on his IPAD. Homeguard is always punctual and provides a reminder of their appointment. Karen Pinkston, is very friendly and always ready to help if needed. I would strongly recommend their Inspection Services.
