I have a debt showing up on my credit report from ...

I have a debt showing up on my credit report from this company. I have called them once a month asking telling them I have never received a paper bill from them in the mail. I gave them my updated address and telling them they could send me a paper bill in the mail. I have yet to receive one. If I owe money, I would like to pay it off but not going to do so until I receive a paper copy. Thanks to them my credit could be better but they refuse to send me a bill. Frustrating! Your job can't be that hard!
