I ve never had a such a horrible customer service ...
I ve never had a such a horrible customer service like this. I ordered a machine at our local store at the beginning of the last month and they told me about this company. They told me just wait for a phone call and I just waited but Assemblers never contact me. Next week, I found a contact number and called them several times, but it was really difficult to contact. I had to call them and waited for 20 min to 40 min everytime, but they didn t answer the phone. Once the phone was got disconnected while they were typing my name into the system, but they never called me again on that day. (I didn t hung up the phone, and I spent about 40 minutes in touch with them that day, I was really tired of getting back in touch.) Again next week, they finally called me and I paid for the delivery and assembly costs. On that day I expected to make a schedule but they told me a technician would contact me in 24 to 48 hours to make an exact appointment but....the technician never called me next 8 days. I had to wait again. I still didn't get any contact so called them and said if I can t make a schedule today, I d like to cancel the order. What happened to my order? But I couldn t get a explanation. their system is too slow.... hahaha So I canceled the order and I m waiting for a refund. They said they will send me a confirmation for the cancellation by email but I haven t got yet. I do not want to call back again. I wasted my time last 3weeks and got so much stress. I don t understand how do they business like this. I think the people gave 5 stars are only their employee. Customers are angry and employees are happy! I d like to give them - stars if I could do. Please trust these reviews. I m not the person leave reviews, but this time I couldn t help but leave a review this time.
