The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the furniture is nice. Now that changes the attitude to this hotel. I stop here a second time with an interval of 1 year. So now about the disadvantages and why 3 stars:
1. On the street -18 in a room about 14-16 degrees (a room on the second floor) with those who have a number above this problem. My request to bring the heater did not solve the problem, the heater was not found (most likely because I was not the only one who froze out), I asked to change the room, they said that the hotel was full of free rooms. They brought the second blanket, but I'm sorry in the room, I not only sleep!
2. Very slow service in all restaurants of the hotel ... VERY SLOWLY, to carry soup for 30-40 minutes is prohibitive. And for the first time when I was in a restaurant on the top floor, everything was identical. Therefore, eating better in another place is cheaper, faster and better.
Overall the hotel is good but keep in mind these disadvantages described above. thank
