This company has towed my vehicle to a repair shop...

This company has towed my vehicle to a repair shop that is closed, based on their recommendation, and dropped my keys in their drop box which is now un retrievable. They have stated it s not their problem.

They don t care about customers and clearly have some deal with this local shop so they can get kickbacks. Bad situation made horrible by trusting local businesses.

This will cost me $$$$$ to get fixed now and I would definitely recommend not ever listening to a local tow company s advice.
