Mercedes Benz of South Bay had the worst customer service that I have ever had in recent years! They kept my car for very minor repairs for almost a month.....I called the service manager 5 times to ask about the time frame of my vehicle repairs and I never heard back until I actually showed up unannounced! Mercedes also lied to the rental car company and said I picked up my car to make me look bad and to avoid paying for the extra cost because they took too long on simple repairs! To top it all off Mercedes still didn t fix my navigation system correctly so they made a few thousand dollars for nothing
