While Rachel was great and nice to work with only silver lining of dealing with them was that she was nice and positive. Because trying to cancel and being charged a yearly fee for the upcoming year that you won t be there for is sorta lame and even lamer that they charged it while my account was frozen and I hadn t gone in month because of Covid.
