Had researched and was interested in a used Acura MDX that was in their inventory. Was greeted at the door, and directed to AJ Gray, who was extremely helpful and friendly. After the test drive, then came the all the normal "fun" paperwork. My previous research indicated how long they had the car, what wholesale price was for it, based on condition & mileage. My husband had a top price from which he refused to budge. Poor AJ, who good heartedly was back & forth with Clayton, the sales mgr. and my husband. Ultimately, we dealt with both of them. There was a lot of laughter & posturing on both sides, but we got the deal! Must say, it's the most fun I've ever had buying a car, considering I'm usually a little nauseated by the time the process is over. I would highly recommend Superior Acura to anyone who wants to deal with friendly, competent people! Even the ones we weren't directly involved with like Joe were engaging & friendly. But....AJ, I'm waiting on those oil change coupons. You did say they are for free oil changes for life, right? I'm sure Clayton will approve them as long as we take him fishing.
