If i could give 0 stars i would have.
This company has no regard to customer service.
We have submitted inquiries multiple times online , made phone calls and left voicemails for Jennifer Stein, as well as emailed Jennifer. We have not received one phone call or email response from this company.
We contacted our board via a note in their mailboxes, Jennifer acknowledged to them we had been trying to contact her, and then left it as that and never followed up with the issue with the Board or myself.
I have other neighbors as well as ones on the board saying this is typical from this company? How can they be "professionals" if failure to respond is the normal. I have years of professional HOA management experience and this is by far not the way to conduct business.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!
