I have attended the Wealth Tour presentation in Halifax.
Scott is very entertaining presenter and some of the material was really interesting. But the whole thing was basically setup as an infomercial for the workshop which costs quite a bit.

Half of the presentation was about trying to get people interested in real estate investment rather than actually giving useful information.
