They repeatedly tried to rip me off, suggesting fuel filter changes etc when my sprinter van was not due for that service. They did not know what one of my service lights meant and I had to look it up in my service manual while at the dealership and tell them what it meant. They don't return phone calls and are extremely rude. I was shocked at how horrible their customer service is, I have never encountered anything like it before. I would not only never take my van here again, I will never buy another mercedes.
