On arrival male receptionist was great. (he too unfortunately disappoints later on)., from there on in very disappointing. At night the two rooms beside us had bridesmaids for a wedding and they were up till 2am laughing, banging doors and running between rooms. Then we had x2 free drinks and woman on bar ignored us and spoke gruffly to young male staff member then she finally served us with attitude. On looking at my bank account instead of $100 security being held Mercure has debited me over $220 which apparently on calling is an accommodation charge! We had paid before arriving at hotel!!
