Typically, I do not have a problem with this location. However, most recently I called to get an oil change appointment and it took 45 minutes (over the phone) to schedule. I kept getting switched from person to person. I started with the operator who would send me to the service department, who would send me to a service representative, who would put me on hold for over 10 minutes and this happened 3 times! I just wanted a to make an appointment - it takes maybe 3 minutes to look at the schedule and finalize? Ridiculous.

When I went in for my appointment, it took about an hour - which is what I expected and what it normally takes for them (appointment or walk-in).
