If I could give less I would !!!!!
My advise is don t use them as they have not got a clue , very unprofessional, never return calls .
It s taken over two years and my poor Nanna s Estate has not been completeded . Passed from one agent to another - same story when you call . They are either sick or on annual leave .
When you ask to speak to senior management you then get a call from someone who clearly doesn t have a clue .
Please go to someone else who know what they are doing and do actually care .
