Small holes on the bed sheet when I first came (looks disgusting). The same holes on the smelly towel. Smelly bath room as well.

Dirty carpet on the meeting room, like you dont change it for hundred years.

Ordinary food (I stayed here for 4 nights and all the food taste the same). Breakfast menu is like two-star hotel. I was asking for a plate of omelette and the chef told me that its not possible to get it because of the long queue!

Unhumble staff (I think they dont think that local guests need to be treated the same way as they serve foreigners).

My room was not being cleaned up and I was so mad hearing the excuse that they didnt clean it up because I didnt put the tag on the door. Other hotels did that even when we didnt ask!

Indeed, this hotel is located next to the airport and harbour connecting Sorong with Raja Ampat. Yet, I am sure that they really need to improve their service to the customers!
