Showed up at 3:30 and didn't even get back into a ...

Showed up at 3:30 and didn't even get back into a room until almost 8. Barely saw the doctor the whole time. Nurses ignored us. Overall stay was 12 1/2 hours. Completely ridiculous!!!!!
