I love the Dover bowl. I've had a lot of fun there before. But tonight, I'm just completely confused. Now, I understand if you close because of the weather, but if you have lane reservations for the night and you have the reservations phone numbers... WHY wouldn't you call them to let them know you're closing early? That's just common courtesy. You already charged us for our rentals, and you don't call and explain? Let us know you'll give us a refund? Glad I wasted my time driving out here. Poor customer service.
