We love toyota. Its the service you get that changes your mind. When they put their profit (ofcourse) first over customer service. Bought our brand new toyota sienna for service and they did not even clean the car. Asked customer service and he said they stopped cleaning cars. Funny I go to keyes and hollywood toyota and you dont have to ask them, they wash my car before I leave. The service unfortunately gives you a hint on the type of management they have. I really should have gone to another dealership of toyota. They fix my 2016 toyota sienna on time but little things like this makes you think. Bring it back. Nice to see a clean car after it is service. Besides dont you think customers deserves it for choosing you? Just let me know why you stopped this minute service.
