John Leonard is a great employment agency here in Boston! I have just applied this past summer and they have been so friendly, and supportive in helping me find positions that would suit my personality. I am a recent college graduate who, unfortunately, has been struggling on deciding what it is I want to do in life. Luckily for me, Jennifer Sirois, one of the staffing consultants in the temporary division, has been actively communicating with me since day one. She would always shoot me a call and/or an email, giving me heads up about available short-term positions that might be of interest to me. When I met her my first time, she asked me what types of employment I was looking for. I knew I wasn't making it easy on her when I started telling her that "I didn't know", but I knew what "I didn't want". However, she really went out of her way to match what I wanted to the openings she had. In just a few weeks, I've accepted a temp position from her, working in a nonprofit organization right in Downtown. As of right now, I am still currently working for the organization, with my stay extended until sometime next year. I've been very fortunate to have found John Leonard (and Jen!), and being able to work in an organization with such amazingly intelligent, funny, and kind co-workers.
