Planet Hollywood Review

We entered with two other couples behind us. We were all told to take a seat. The lady who greeted us then seated a couple who came after us first. Luckily we were seated shortly after... We were given menus but then decided to leave after being sat for 20 minutes. Nobody came to take our order or offer drinks. The place was wasn't even busy.

Come in and come back baby. Superheroes hung on the walls of the stairs, airplanes, trains and a thousand other equipment of holliwoodian scenes that sprout from all sides. How do you not go there ?? Typical food of an American local (eye to the chili, excellent but need a toilet nearby). Truly excellent service, the waiter in this case the deserved it all, courteous, smiling, available and obliging.

Not sooo bad, you know, the big appetizer dish was nice.

Call interesting, themed and with good service. The food was good and the drinks excellent, which gave us two very nice souvenir cups to take home. It's worth knowing and doing your chek-in.

It was very delicious and with the ny-pass cheaper. I like it and we wanna come back soon.

Planet Hollywood is not the place it once was, everything look and feels dated now. Food and service was excellent still!. About time PH had a face lift and join the 21st century

Very impressed with the service and expertise of Anthony Hartley. He managed to work everything out prior to doing a credit check so I was well aware what the expectations were before. Nevertheless all worked out as planned. Anthony was extremely patient and honest and I truly appreciate working with him. I will definitely be back!

Very rich in objects, clothes, accesoris, among others used in films. Food good and good servers.

Good food! TJ, the server was amazing and very helpful regarding tourism and food recommendations.

Everytime I've been to Planet Hollywood there was a wait but it rarely stopped us from enjoying their food. They have even gave me a seat for medical reasons while waiting on their long line.

Loud, expensive, kids running around, and that was just waiting to get a table. Go somewhere else. For the love of God.

this tasted not as good as I expected. I ordered a Asian salad, burger, and 2 pepperoni pizzas. The worst was the salad. It was bland. Then the burger. Then the pizza. The best thing was the fries that can with the burger. The restaurant was not as I expected. I heard it was going to look WAY differently. The staff was kind though.

Location is the good thing about this place. I got the steak fajitas and the steak was so chewy I had to cut it into smaller pieces to eat it. My son got the kids Mac and cheese....I tried it and it was dry, cold and had no flavor. Wouldn't visit again

Absolutely New York ambience food everything was cool twice food wait just 5 minutes waitress very nice.

Stopped in for Happy Hour for $6 Martinis and other fair prices drink specials. No wait seating in the bar area where you can get full menu items as well.

The service is good but the food is mediocre! Decoration is outdated and again the food is bad.

Great place for tourist to come and see movie nostalgic props and items. But if your a mew yorker looking for a quick bite or even a nice date setting then DO NOT come here. Highly over crowded and under staffed. Waited about 45 mintues to be attended and for some frozen back door type meal. Way over priced and burger was dry the LA lasagna wasnt even cooked well

We had a reservation and still had to wait in the shop... although it wasn't full. So my guess : it's a trick to sell goodies. Our waiter was funny and kind. He took our order fast which was great cause we were hungry and so was our toddler. But we had to wait a long time for the food. Had a citrus kale salad with chicken it was delicious and I guess worth the wait. At the table next to us they had a huge ice cream, see pictures... reasonably priced and nice service.

The decoration is impressive, the attention is excellent, and the food too.

At the entrance on the first floor, the music was way too loud. Also, the hostess was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. Luckily, our waiter was great as was the food.

Very strict, food wasn't great, and you can't take advantage of the happy hour drinks if you are eating dinner lol

It's good but in recent years they are losing a lot of interest. It is really no longer the place to tourist as opening or even the first year. The food is ok the staff is nice but I think to have a restaurant so close to Time Square, they have to change the recipe.

food was great and we loved the decor. The only thing causing a 4 star instead of 5 is that the music was soooo loud we could barely hear each other including the waitress.

Great food! The waitress could have come around and checked on us to see if we needed anything, but she didn't and why this isn't a 5 star here. Other than that, thumbs on the food.

Food is extremely overpriced for the quality and portion. I had the chef special burger, waitress asked me how I want it cooked and said medium rare... burger came in hard as a rock and the fries were ice cold. Didn t get our drinks refilled even once... NOT ONCE! We couldn t even ask our waitress because she never even made eye contact for us to signal her down. I did like the layout but honestly could have got a better burger down the block from McDonald s. This place had so much potential but I never plan on coming back here, I don t even care about the price tag I just wanted a normally cooked burger for goodness sake.

Don't get the chicken fingers, everything was good. Cool artifacts from movies.

The chicken tasted weird, our food was barely warm when we got it, and the Mac and cheese with chicken tasted old and horrible. There was a fruit seed in one of the cups at our table, the silver wear was dirty, and the service here is not good, our waiter was rude to us.

Pleasant place, very American, where you have a good time and eat well. Great attention and location

Sat at the bar ordered pizza and had a cockroach show up on one of the side plates while we were eating. Staff was horrified. They comped our meal and drinks. Hope the shut down the bar to debug the place. I should note however that the staff handled the situation very professionaly and the food was good.

Way overpriced for what you get. You can tell from the prices you have to pay for the name on top, as there are much better "diner" where you can eat much better.

Wonderful, great, loud, bright, dark. Lots of ways this can be explained. I thought it was okay. The food is fine yet the place is not great for a office meeting. Great staff ! Friendly atmosphere! No wait when we went and food was pretty fast considering how busy it was!

Food was great ..event was Amazing and the holiday decor was WONDERFUL..5+

It was fast and the food was delicious but when I got my check my food was $25 and I paid $40 and gave back to him and he came back with my change and I only got like $5 back and I told him that he needed to give me $10 dollars back and he looked at me like an idiot, looked at the ticket and said "ohhhh I am very sorry". So I really didn't mind it much but just make sure you get the right amount of change back.

Great food but very busy inside! The music is very loud so everyone has to call to be able to understand each other.

Went into Planet Hollywood on the first day they reopened. The space was nice, looks like everything was brand new. Our waiter was cheerful, funny, and bright. Food was hot, and served on time. Prices were a little high, but that is to be expected in Times Square. Overall I rate my experience as excellent. Looks like they put some time into the craftmanship of the space, and looks as if they did a great job training their employees. I suggest having the Ribs, or the chicken mac and cheese, we had both.

Loved the atmosphere, staff was friendly and prompt, had no reservation. Was seated in 5 mins, got food quickly very tasty and good drinks will return!

The ambience and memorabilia are the real reasons to go here. The food is passable, but not particularly memorable. Fun if you're looking for something "touristy".

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal tonight.
We are admitted movie geeks.
So eating our meal surrounded by little Nellie from the bond movies and jet skis from waterworld to name just two of the items of Memorabilia that surrounded us.
We tried the banana cocktail no.1 was great loved it and you get the glass to take home, we had pizza and New York strip steak both great loved the thick chunky chips like in UK.
To finish with the chocolate nekt down, no1 on the list we had to share as we were both full it was fabulousl to watch it melt as the waiter poured over the hot caramel, I regretted having to share it with the wife.(only joking Lynne if you read this,love you and always happy to share).

The one in Time Square is entertaining and the food is great, also there's an employee, Savanah, that is pretty funny, I loved it

Bad food and drinks. Tourist spot... and I don't even know why, there isn't any good Hollywood memorabilia.

I remember going there and they had good hamburgers... and the french fries were awsome.
The pasta was cool, specially the pesto.
Also about the free beverages.
My gf liked the ice creams...
I will definitely go again.

I'm Confused if I got given a burger or hockey Puck

American style restaurant where certain objects or outfits of cult films are entertained on the cinema or on television series. Super nice atmosphere.
The menu is quite complete on the whole and everyone will find what they are looking for.
The addition remains correct for 3 with aperitif, starter and main course.

Food was good. Mojito was good. Better bar service than the HRC imo.

Over crowded and long wait even with plenty of open tables. Food was priced fine. It just seemed like they needed more wait staff.

Fun, the movie props are fun, food was just ok even for a chain like this one. Service was good.

Experienced great service and ambiance. Despite it being packed I was sat within 20 minutes. The nachos were grand and I really enjoyed their margarita pizza. Will definitely go again.

The food here is amazing! The different movie icons are really something else! I would advise calling ahead and making a reservation or you will be waiting in a long line.

Potato skins not good need to use real cheese not cand
