The hotel was awesome, the view was so beautiful and the service was wonderful. The only complaint I had was not the hotel but the spa off the lobby. I had a manicure done the night before we boarded the ship. Took a shower in the am an the polish was totally gone off 2 nails and they were all chipped. I returned a week later and they said they would do another manicure at another time. I asked for my money back because I had a car waiting for me to go. I got no satisfaction. I would never recommend this salon!!
