My family and I have been long-time patrons of Hula Hut (approx 15 years). This was our go-to spot when friends and family came into town. I am saddened to say the quality of the food has gone downhill. This is basically another Oasis: come for the view, not the food. For some people, that works just fine to enjoy the water, touch sticky menus, drink and eat mediocre food. I expect more. When dining in, the waiters are careless and inattentive; when taking out, there has been at least one thing wrong with our order if not several. Thankfully, they have either refunded or remedied the mistakes- which is why I added a star- but they should not have happened in the first place and especially not repeatedly.

Hula Hut, take pride in your establishment and do better.
