Excellent local contractor, but BF Rich could not be worse. They've sent me windows with cracked glass, numerous windows with scratches on the internal surface of the glass, and even windows that were constructed with the protective coating on the wrong side of the glass.They once told me that their quality-control problems were short term; they've persisted for four years now.
