Baptist has awful hospital service. I have been sitting inside of the lobby since 6:30 pm with chest pain. People who are coming in after me are being seen before me. It is now 9:34 pm. I asked the Er desk worker how long would it be before I could get taken to the back. She told me I would be seen after the more serve cases as if my chest pain is minor. If I was able to rate them a 0 I would. I m very disappointed in this service.
