Highly reccommend finding a different office for any dermatology needs. If you care at all about service, this isn't the place for you. My most recent terrible experience with this incompetent staff was when they messed up and didn't send in my prescription after a visit. When I ran out and went to get a refill, the pharmacy told me it was denied so I called the office and they told me I had to come in again to see them before I could get a refill. I get in, wait for almost 45 mins for them to figure out that they messed up and I didn't need to come in so they gave me a refill prescription and didn't have me see a doctor. Then when this prescription runs up shortly after, I try to refill and they say I have to go in again to see a doctor but they never set up a check up visit with me so I have to call to get in just for them to charge me $35 and tell me to keep taking the medication I was. After countless visits, I'm right back where I started and their response..."we're sorry". There is a reason why their rating is what it is. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!!
