We came here after checking into another hotel and...

We came here after checking into another hotel and realizing it was pretty much a disaster. We then went to another hotel and found similar circumstances. Fortunately, we found this spectacular hotel and inquired as to whether or not they had rooms available. We were greeted with incredible service, outstanding concern for our well-being and ultimately made the best decision to stay here. Service is second to none and the staff is absolutely incredible! Update: we spent several hours by the pool today and these service was absolutely spectacular! Just had to add that comment to this review
