The sales team was great, and that's where it ends. Called three different times to try and set up an appointment for a bed liner, well I ended up going with a rhino liner because they didn't know how to set the appointment up. Used the app to schedule my first oil change and requested my preferred day as Jan 1st, new years day, and a second day as Jan 3rd. Thinking if the weren't open because of the holiday they would inform me of that. Well they confirmed my appointment for Jan 1st 2015 and when I drove up there the service department was closed!
