Wanted to buy some trainers, there is a wall of them, cordened so you can't get close to them and look at them, see the prices. Touch and feel them - the whole point of visiting. Shop!

It would be nice if there was a sign saying which sizes are normally available, but there isn't so if you have big feet, you could in theory spend half an hour asking the assistant "do you have that one? What about that one?"

Also I'm sure the escalators are bi-directional, but they are set to make you go up and down the floors in the most irritatingly shuffled way.

Not a pleasent experience. Not what you would expect from a flagship store!
