UPDATE - After 1 year and 8 months, I am still struggling to get my full deposit back. They gave me a part and kept a good part (30%) knowing that they owed me the whole - Apartment made impeccable.

PLEASE NOTE, they do not return the deposit for the apartments very easily and never in full. Beware at the time of departure.
If some want us to take legal action, I am in favor - knowing that sureties do not have to be clearly declared to the Tax Office.

Be very careful with this cabinet, they do not easily return the deposit. After 3 months, I still haven't got everything back (supposedly a load forecast when I am in credit for the past period).
Never answer the phone, I had to move.
Be careful if you are a tenant, do not count on your deposit for your cash.
