I've had some top notch meals at this restaurant and always look forward to visiting. I just want to pass along that the chef's choice short rib special this past weekend did not live up to their usual distinction. The slices of meat were tough and hard to cut even with our steak knives. I left quite a bit on my plate and mentioned it to the waitress who said she would tell the chef, but we didn't hear a peep back from that court. Others in our group were very satisfied with the menu items they chose. I just wish that our concern had been addressed instead of ignored. The food is not cheap here and I expect more from NOtaBle.
