We went here because my son/daughter is transgender and I looked for a place that said it was LGBT friendly. I told them what was going on when I made the appointment. When we got there, they had client of the day on a sign with my son's chosen female name on it. He/she was beyond happy. They were very kind to her. She really liked her haircut and they talked to her quite a bit and she was very comfortable there. It is quite a drive from our house but my bottom line was that she was happy and came away feeling good about the experience. They covered that in spades. Thanks.
