The service rendered by receptionist (Mr. J.M.Singh) was against ethics of hotel industry (service sector). He is very rude in behaviour and not providing room when guest arrived but room was available. His behaviour was totally rubbish and like dictatorship (seams monopoly) only hotel in kolkata. It was against proffessionalism of this sector. Owner of this hotel should take a note of the same otherwise competitor will go ahead and u will have nothing available to loose.
