I've had better service and professionalism from other dealerships. The salesman even "forgot" my keys with the Sales Manager and in a roundabout way wouldn't give them to me. I ended up purchasing
purchased my car and drove it off the lot on 07/01/16 but was told that I would have to bring it back on 07/05/16 to have it serviced for a recall. (My understanding is that it is highly illegal for a dealership to sell you a car with a known recall that hasn't been serviced.) I ended up taking my car back and received a rental car from them (in which that was an issue). They gave me a car that wasn't checked in from the previous user and had trash in it and had a strong tobacco odor (which is a huge deal since I have a severe allergies and eczema.) I told them my concern but they told me it was the only vehicle they had. I get my vehicle back and go and get it licensed to come and find out that the dealership did not fill out their paperwork correctly. I called McCarthy and they wanted me to take a day off work to go pick up the correct paperwork and take it to the DMV. I told McCarthy that this is their screwup and that I'm not wasting a personal day at work to go and correct their mistake. They ended up mailing it over to the DMV. I highly recommend that if you are looking to buy a car you look elsewhere.
