This is one of our favorite restaurants in Albuque...

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Albuquerque. Their sauce is really delicious. We always buy a case of it to take home with us. For me...it's the green sauce, but for my other half...it's the red sauce.

They make the best vegetarian chile relleno that I've had in New Mexico. Their cheese enchiladas are scrumptious as well. My other half loves their huevos rancheros. Their sopapillas have been hit or miss. Today it was a hit!

Sitting next to the fireplace indoors in the winter or the waterfall on the patio during the spring...the atmosphere is lovely. They never make us rush, we can sit and enjoy our time.
