This is the second time our dog Bailey has been to Metropolitan for an emergency appointment. Both times we were very satisfied with the care given to Bailey. From the moment we checked in until the time we left Everyone was very kind and compassionate. Our visit on Thursday night was due to a Medial Patella Luxation. It is difficult to not be able to go in and be with your pet, but they made the best of the situation. Very organized. Bailey saw Dr. Wilson. When she called me she was super thorough. She originally didn't see the problem. She took a little extra time watching and petting Bailey, she was then able to see her having difficulty getting up. She called me back and again was so thorough and compassionate. She gave me the opportunity to ask questions. I have already recommended them to several people
