My first time on this airport. I arrived I think 1 month ago for a business trip. It was really fascinating. Everything was good but as I observed at the arrival immigration it really sucks. . . taking too much time. I give 5 star b'coz of a memorable experience, I lost my resdence card that day after passing through smartgate. At the baggage claim, a customer service guy wearing specs approached me with smile and helps me find my card. After an hour he was able to find it, I thanks him a lot and offer him 5 rials but he denied on it which is much cooler. Shukran! Jeyzee habibi if I remember it correctly.
