The worst experience we have ever had. The hotel completely ruined our vacation. I m a Gold Status HHonors and will be Diamond after this stay. The problems we had from check-in to today have been unbelievable and unlike anything I have ever experienced with Hilton.

This was meant to be a romantic getaway and our engagement celebration vacation.

The upgraded luxury suite with ocean view has a jacuzzi on the balcony that is cracked. It has a broken switch and could not be turned on or off. There were numerous repair people in and out to try to fix it.

The room was filthy and the furniture has numerous stains. There were no wash clothes and never enough towels. I called for an ironing board and was given the metal frame and a towel as you can see in the photos.

There were no menus for room service. The lampshades are filthy and stained. The room was never properly serviced or the trash removed.

The people at the check-in desk at the time we checked in were terrible and had bad attitudes. I had to open a case with Hilton corporate to get anything accomplished.

They did offer a complimentary upgrade on a second room I had gotten for my brother-in-law and my nieces but it too has issues. My brother-in-law filled the tub and the plumbing leaked and flooded the room. Thankfully it was their last night in that room.
