1- avoid going middays especially on sunny days as all the animals hide from the sun. Which makes spotting them nearly impossible.
2- Buy your tickets online... Saves you from a long queue.
3- the map they hand you is actually upside down if you enter from the entrance of the Tram side...

Plenty of animals and great staff... They are all willing to help you anytime and explain about the animals viewed.
