My warranty repair on the electrical system was challenging but they kept working on it until they found the problem and fixed it. That part of it went very well and they kept me informed along the way. However around 3:30 on day two, I called to get an update. I reached the receptionist and she transferred me to a service representative. The phone rang and rang and no one picked up. The receptionist picked up a second time and said she'd try another line. She rang another line and it continued to ring until it simply turned off. Apparently you need to make a change in your voicemail system to make sure that calls don't get dropped due to the lack of staff or the appropriate staff available to answer. Perhaps the service manager needs to be at the end of the line when this kind of situation occurs.
