Terrible experience. Brought my triplets here for a night in when it's cold outside. You cannot get any service in this place. Our room was decent at best, the refrigerator didn't work and i had brought drinks for my kids to chill. They drank them hot. My first hotel experience with my kids and we waited forever, for everything. Went to dinner at Casey's bar, waited forever for food. My daughter was starving and from the looks around, it wasn't overly busy. Went to breakfast and we had to wait to be seated when we saw many empty and clean tables. The breakfast buffet was ok, but my food was cold. Trying to get service at the bar in coco key was a nightmare. 1 bartender and between friday night and saturday I could not get him to even acknowledge me standing at the counter, he was too busy stocking to even acknowledge me. walked over to the little deli, could not get service there, walked back over to the bar, found out a little cup of soda was $2.50. Asked for a cup of water, and it was $1. A DOLLAR. after all the money I spent in one night, you would think that i'd be able to get a cup of water. My son skinned his knee in the pool, took him to the first aid area, where they didn't even have a place for him to sit down at. They had what looked like 300 towels on a patio lounger. The first aid guy was friendly, but that's it. If you plan a day or night here. Be prepared to wait , for everything. We will not be back.
